ZARYAPLANT (www.zaryaplant.sk) is a presentation website for gardening and landscaping services. The website does not serve as an online store (e-shop).

It is technically not possible on this website to create a shopping cart, submit a binding order, conclude a remote consumer contract, execute an electronic payment, or set up a customer account.

Submitting the contact form is solely a non-binding inquiry for consultation, on-site survey, or preliminary quote. Submitting it does not conclude a contract and does not create an obligation to pay.

The scope of work, schedule, and exact price are always agreed upon individually after an on-site survey and personal or telephone consultation.

Consumer request for redress

If a consumer is not satisfied with the way we handled their complaint, or believes that we have infringed their consumer rights under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, they have the right to contact our company with a request for redress.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

If PLANT s.r.o. rejects the request for redress or fails to respond within 30 days of sending, the consumer has the right to initiate alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes.

Notice on the EU ODR platform:
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR Platform), originally established by Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, was permanently repealed and shut down pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 of the European Parliament and of the Council with effect from 20 July 2025. For this reason, the website does not link to the ODR platform and consumer disputes are resolved through the national ADR entities listed above.
