Any cooperation, scope of work and price are agreed individually at a later stage, usually by telephone and at an in-person meeting.

Consumer request for redress
If a dispute arises between a consumer and PLANT s.r.o. from the exercise of rights under a consumer contract, or if the consumer believes that their consumer rights have been infringed, the consumer has the right to submit a request for redress to us.

Alternative consumer dispute resolution
If we reject the request for redress or do not respond within 30 days after it was sent, the consumer may submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
