ZARYAPLANT is a presentation website for gardening services. It is not possible to place an order, conclude a contract, make a payment, create a customer account or purchase a service through this website.

Submitting the contact form is a non-binding enquiry only. It does not create an order or a contract and does not create an obligation to pay.

Any cooperation, scope of work and price are agreed individually at a later stage, usually by telephone and at an in-person meeting.

Consumer request for redress

If a dispute arises between a consumer and PLANT s.r.o. from the exercise of rights under a consumer contract, or if the consumer believes that their consumer rights have been infringed, the consumer has the right to submit a request for redress to us.

The request may be sent to [email protected] or to the company's registered office stated above.

Alternative consumer dispute resolution

If we reject the request for redress or do not respond within 30 days after it was sent, the consumer may submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
